Spring has arrived here in Australia.
The garden is greening.
The bees are buzzing. The sun is shining.
There is a warmth in the air.

Ahh ..the suns shining today Raili.. ..
That sound lovely, here in England Autumn is fast approaching, my favourite time of year ❤️
I’m not sure if spring or autumn is mine, I like both for differetn reasons,
What is that flower? It looks like candyfloss posing as a rose! Enjoy your spring. We’re moving toward the twilight of the year.
I fell in love with them too1 The are called by two different names – Prairie Smoke or Rose de Saron I would looooove to get my hands on some but have yet to look.
Here we are in early spring. Our weather is always topsy turvy this time of the year.
Late summer and similar topsy-turvyness for us too.
Will look out for those myself 🙂
I did actually do a search. ANd discovered that our conditions here are eminently suitable for growing them But only found one site that was not sold out! So bought some seeds from AMerica.
oh wow – hope they grow well for you – look forward to seeing the pics!
I think I could get away with growing them here too – I’ve managed to find some seeds too – but only available in England, so may do a bulk order of lots of seeds from them:)
I am so looking forward to seeing mine grow. God only knows when they will arrive. May have to wait til 2021 to plant.
Ohhh Raili, the images are INCREDIBLE! What are the flowers? They look like something only found in in the land of the Fae. Incredible, beautiful little darlings! Could you share the name of them please?
I found the image somewhere on the web – was immediately capitivated and in love. They have two different names – Prairie Smoke or Rose de Saron. SO GORGEOUS!!
Thank you Raili – I’m going to see if they’re available in the UK. They’re so ‘fairy-like’ and pretty. I’d love to have them growing in my garden.

If you respond to Safar’s comments, she has ordered some in England and could give you contact details.
I went online to see if I could find them here and…. I HAVE!
Aw, see what you’ve started Raili – we’re all going to go mad for them now!
I’m going to LOVE having these in my garden. They’re such magical little bits of living fluff on stems! Thank you so much for sharing them with us.
Sending love ~ Cobs. xxx
