A Rose by any other name

Meet Soul Sister.

She is still blooming even as the weather dips

to near zero at night.

She is beautiful.

Her colour changes as her blooms open

until she turns to a velvety coffee latte.

Did you know roses are symbols of unconditional love?

But their beauty does not stop there –

Here you will find recipes galore – yes, she can be eaten in many forms

mysteries of an esoteric nature. of love, alchemy and more

colour too has its own energy and message

Raili Tanska

Associate with each other, think of each other, and be like a rose garden. Anyone who goes into a rose garden will see various roses, white, pink, yellow, red, all growing together and replete with adornment. Each one accentuates the beauty of the other. Were all of one color, the garden would be monotonous to the eye. If they were all white or yellow or red, the garden would lack variety and attractiveness; but when the colors are varied, white, pink, yellow, red, there will be the greatest beauty. Therefore, I hope that you will be like a rose garden. Although different in colors, yet—praise be to God!—you receive rays from the same sun. – Abdu’l-BahaThe Promulgation of Universal Peace, p. 427.

  1. One of the most beautiful places in the world must be David Austen Roses nursery at Albrighton, near Wolverhampton in England. Not only a beautiful garden with amazingly diverse roses, but the fragrance is indescribable. Lifts the soul!
