These cute little trolls have been around in Finland for decades. My kids were introduced to them by friends when they were little. Unfortunately it was not available in English so I needed to translate on the go as we watched the videos.  There is even a Moomin theme park in Finland.

Moominvalley is Finnish-British animated children’s television series, produced by Gutsy Animations. A crowdfunded campaign was made on Indiegogo from 8 March to 21 April 2017 and was successfully funded. The first series premiered on January 25, 2019, in Finland.
