We can all learn invaluable Leadership Lessons from this pack of wolves.
The three in front are old and sick. They walk in front to set the pace.
The next five are the strongest. They protect the front side from attack.
The middle group is fully protected.
The five behind them are also among the strongest. They protect the back.
The last wolf is the LEADER. He ensures no one is left behind. He keeps the pack tight and on the same path. He is ready to run in any direction to protect his pack.
Being a leader is not about being in front.
It’s about taking care of your team.

Learn from nature
There’s a lot we could learn from wolves about caring for each other!
Amazing animals
Great post. Being a leader is about taking care of your team. 🙂
We can learn a lot from Nature.
Sure can.
A great post Raili. I recently went on a three day bush walk in in NZ or I should say I tried to. This would be a great lesson for leaders in bushwalking groups. Trying to keep up when you’re amongst the weakest is totally sole destroying.
My husband loves wolves. I haven’t had the up close dealings with them that he has, but maybe someday. 😉
That would be an awesome experience.
