Every now and then something pops into my inbox that captures and captivates me. This week it was an ad for free 6 episode video series about something called Blue Mind. I’ve just watched episode two. It was about awe. Did you know that experiencing just two minutes a day of something that inspires awe in you is transformative to your wellbeing? It could be as simple as listening to the dawn chorus of birds.
Hosted by Dr Wallace J Nichols, it explores the meaning of water. Yep. That wet stuff that flows out of our taps and showers.
Dr. Wallace “J.” Nichols is a scientist, wild water advocate, movement-maker, and author of the New York Times best seller book – Blue Mind: The Surprising Science That Shows How Being Near, In, On, or Under Water Can Make You Happier, Healthier, More Connected, and Better at What You Do.
It is showing now. Interested? This link will take you to the sign up page.
