This is a continuation of yesterday’s post on Sound – Bubbles and Waves
Have you ever heard of Solfeggio Frequencies or Solfeggio Music ? It is a term used to describe ancient music in which the tuning practices created pure tones such as Gregorian chanting for example. The frequencies of the solfeggio scale have been found to resonate with human chakras to promote and support health and wellbeing. A more detailed discussion about this fascinating subject can be found in my post Ancient Music.
Steps for Peace
Chants… I love chants. Ever since Brandon did a stint at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Ogden and chanting was part of what he did, I’ve been in love with it. Another interesting post!
So are you now chanting ?
Oh I never did it, though I love that cd called Chant. I also really like singing bowls.
You should try chanting 🙂
I love this…never heard of it before, and am delighted you introduced me. Wonderful for meditation.

Glad you’re enjoying it, Ivor 🙂
