  1. This was a wonderful share Raili, I subscribed to her channel, Very good… My daughter does yoga, but this is an ideal starting point… While I do stretch often, bending weeding LOL.. Learning the proper techniques for beginners is what we need.. So thank you.. ๐Ÿ™‚ โค
