Does high decibel snoring ever keep you awake ? There’s nothing worse when you’re super tired, just about to fall asleep, and that noise jolts you wide awake. Time and time again. Ever tried to get the offender to stop ? Had any luck ? I haven’t. I prod. I poke. I put the pillow over my head. I roll over – and over – and over. Nope. It’s a perpetual noise making machine.
Well, I have good news for you. Seriously. Now I know there’s a million and one anti-snoring treatments and devices out there in the market place. This one, however, is an exercise. That’s right. Gymnastics for the mouth and throat. Over time, the throat becomes taut and attractively slim. And stops vibrating. Which means the snoring stops.
I’m not sure if it works for ducks. Just thought you might enjoy this cute video of a duck snoring.
You probably know a lot about what causes snoring so I’m not going to bore you with all the details. Basically, like other parts of our bodies, muscles in the nose, mouth and throat get loose and flabby too.
The way to change that is – EXERCISE. Here it is –
So, if you snore – get to it. Stick out your tongue and start humming!

I wonder if I could get Arn to exercise… He won’t use his c-pap machine!
Does he sing? Not that he has to as long as he can pretend and hum as he waves his tongue around 🙂
Well he tries! LOL
Snoring is the most attractive thing about some people.
Ha ha !!
☺
Very interesting. I thank goodness every single day for my husband’s CPAP machine. Every. Single. Day. I love that device. Take care! Dawn
It’s good that he uses it. Lots of people can’t tolerate it.
Great that you watch Ruth & Eamon. Lovely couple.
Love the duck, better than a bed mate’s snore….
Haha !!
Story of my life!!! We can hear hubby snoring through the whole house!!
Ha, ha! I am forwarding this to hubby.
You’re not the only one !
It’s wonderful to live alone – so peaceful at night. 😀 😀 😀
