I looove Classical Music
Not everyone agrees, of course. But evidence presents some pretty compelling reasons to learn to like it.

♥ listening to classical music 45 minutes before bedtime improves the quality of sleep
♥ helps to reduce the level of pain
♥ boosts the levels of the ‘feel good hormones’ like dopamine and serotonin so you feel happier

For your listening pleasure – Mozart a la Victor Borge
Raili Tanska
Dear Music, thanks for always clearing my head, healing my heart, and lifting my spirits. Lori Deschene
I love all music, well – maybe MOST music – but certainly classical. I like to play Mozart for my horses – they seem to like it.
Animals respond to music so well. Have you seen the videos of musicians playing to cows and elephants in the fields? There’s a classical pianist who plays music to rescue elephants. Gave up his career to do that. Says it gives him more pleasure.
Oh how wonderful – no I have not seen but I will certainly look for it. Thank you
I listen to classical music more these days. It has been important through my healing.
I prefer classical above most music. Listening to it now 🙂
I love classical music too – though mine tends to be Elmore James, Muddy Waters and Howlin’ Wolf
Would they fit into that little known esoteric classical genre Leaping Lizards ?
Thanks for reminding about great music and a wonderful entertainer.
I’m glad you enjoyed it.
I love classical music!! It really helps me with my anxiety!
It is so soothing and relaxing 🙂
It really is! Especially before you go to sleep!
When I played Bach to my Pomeranian, he got a job as Donald Trump’s hair. So it doesn’t always work.
Oh dear, my condolences to your pomeranian 😦 I do hope the trauma is not permanent
Victor was my idol growing up and I used to laugh so much when he would play around.. need to be so clever to do that.. thanks Raili.. xxx
I love it when experts exhibit their expertise so skillfully they make it look simple, and ridiculously funny in his case. He was a delight.
Me too.. I love classical and would always have Classical FM on the car radio when driving to and from work. Very relaxing ..
I love meditation music too.. guitar also.. And love this man. Estas Tonne , a genius with his guitar.. 🙂 Loved your video share Raili.. Enjoy your week.. ❤
Thanks Sue- I listen to classical FM in the car too 🙂 Happy listening !
🙂 Big smiles… 🙂
What a wonderful, funny, talented man Victor Borge was. They broke the mould after making him…
He was priceless. I always wanted to go and see one of his concerts be we left it too late 😦
Pity 😦
Bran bought us an Echo Dot for the bedroom. I set the sleep timer to 30 minutes of Peaceful Piano. Guess I better add 15!
Now I’m going to be showing my ignorance – what on earth is an Echo Dot ? I gather it is some kind of music listening device
It’s from Amazon. It’s the mini version of the Echo. Here’s the link for the Dot. It can do all kinds of stuff. Even read to you. 🙂

Fascinating !
You just tell it what to do. 😀 Interesting experience messing around with an AI.
Sounds a bit like the new Google device that’s hit the markets. Does it take on a personality ?
Not that I know of. I just listen to the playlists.
