I looove Classical Music

Not everyone agrees, of course. But evidence presents some pretty compelling reasons  to learn to like it.

it helps to reduce blood pressure. Other types of music such as rap, pop, techno actually raise it.

listening to Mozart helps to improve memory

listening to it can get the creative juices flowing

♥  it eases anxiety and depression

it boosts brainpower so listening to it while studying will get you better results

listening to classical music 45 minutes before bedtime improves the quality of sleep

helps to reduce the level of pain

boosts the levels of the ‘feel good hormones’ like dopamine and serotonin so you feel happier

helps to improve productivity

    1. Animals respond to music so well. Have you seen the videos of musicians playing to cows and elephants in the fields? There’s a classical pianist who plays music to rescue elephants. Gave up his career to do that. Says it gives him more pleasure.
