Sunday Serenity

Sunday, a time to stop, take a moment or two to still the mind…
I invite you to
recharge for the week ahead by this relaxing waterfall
deep in the forest of your imagination

Find a place where you can be still and undisturbed for the next ten minutes.

Light a candle. Sit or lie in a comfortable position.

Imagine you are in a forest next to a waterfall. The soft breeze carries water droplets that fall gently on to your skin. You can taste the sweetness of the fresh, cool water on your lips. Inhale……. breathe deeply…. then let it go. As you breathe again make it slower and deeper. The air is crisp and clean for the tall standing green giants have cleansed it and infused it forest rich oxygen. Continue breathing mindfully – focusing only on the breath. Slow and deep. Nourishing and nurturing, it is refreshing and revitalising. The sounds that surround you in this place remind you how perfect the balance of nature is.

When you are ready, gently return back to the Now Moment feeling calm and peaceful.
