Sundays are a good day for taking time to stop and relax, to meditate and nurture yourself. Sundays also signal the beginning of a new week. What better way to set the intent and tone for the week than to focus on peace and serenity. In this world of busy-ness, rush and turmoil, it’s important to ‘plug in’ and recharge. A depleted energy supply can lead to all manner of problems for mind, body and Soul. Please don’t let your batteries run dry!
Since I started posting the Steps for Peace a few weeks ago, Sundays seem to have become a natural time to stop, go within, bring peace to self, others and our planet. So I have decided to formalise it by calling all Sunday posts Sunday Serenity. It will always feature a meditation. I hope you will be able to find some time and a space in which you can recharge your batteries and at the same time send out peace.
