  1. Andy’s story was a very touching one. His trainer did come across as a bit tough on him at the beginning, but then when you see the results you realize there was a reason he kept pushing. I’d heard something about neuroplasticity before, but I didn’t know much about it. I was impressed to see what it can actually mean in the real world for real people.

      1. Hmmm – it’s aall about creating new neural pathways, so I would have to say yes. As long as you, the repurposed Maths-liker Bun, were willing to travel down that numerical path 🙂

  2. That’s a beautiful video. It doesn’t surprise me that his brain had the ability to change – in recent years a lot has been discovered about the brain.

Oh, and that’s another great quote, Raili. Before I began blogging I was afraid to reveal my true self, because I thought I’d be either dispised, disliked, or considered boring.

    1. Neuropolasticity is a fascinating new area of research. That book they briefly showed on the video is a fascinating read!! The authors were in Adelaide last year and I found out too late – would have definitely gone!
Yeah, their friendship is very much based on a mutual respect and friendship. But aren’t we just so good at being our own worst enemies ?!!
