Amazing! Can’t wait to get back to OZ – next year! The wild-life is incredible (apart from the spiders!)
Yeah, we have some really awesome and unique beasties here 🙂
My son, Sam, and his family life on Rottnest Island, named after the quokkas
It’s a beautiful place. We holidayed there many years ago and rode around the island on bicycles sightseeing. The quokkas were so tame we hand fed them.
Wonderful. Would love to visit Australia.
We have a bit of everything here. Although I’m not sure anyone here can compete with the colourful characters in your family 🙂
I love this! Totally new learning experience for me; since, I live in central upstate New York. ❤ ❤ ❤
Wonderful! We have some unique animals here 🙂
You sure do. 😉
I’ve never seen or even heard of the Echidna – what a beautiful creature, just the sort of friend to have in your garden, snaffing up pests 🙂
They are very cute, but shy. I’ve not known of them coming into suburban gardens ever. Seen a few in the wild, but they either curl up into a tight ball or dig themselves underground quicker than you can blink. Koalas do and the odd kangaroo.
You have some lovely wildlife. Unfortunately our ancestors killed as many of the indigenous species in the UK as they could get their hands on.
They’ve had a pretty good go here too. Lots of native species are extinct.
I didn’t know that.
I see things you cannot.
